Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Nope! You can totally checkout as a guest — no account needed. But signing up makes tracking orders and reordering your faves way easier.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is super easy:

  1. Browse the shop and pick your fave item.

  2. Choose your size, color, or any other options, then hit Add to Cart.

  3. When you’re ready, tap Secure Checkout to review your cart.

  4. Double-check your shipping info, choose your payment method, and click Complete Order.

  5. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

How do you protect my personal details when I register and check out?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yep! You’ve got a 12-hour window after placing your order to make changes or cancel it. Just hit us up through the Contact Us page or email support@glitzii.com, and we’ll sort it out.

An item is missing, wrong, or damaged in my package. What should I do?

Oh no, that’s not the vibe! Shoot us a message through the Contact Us form with your order details, and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Not always! Sometimes, to keep things moving quickly, we’ll ship items from the same order in separate packages.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Absolutely! Just pop your business address in at checkout and we’ll get your order delivered right to your workplace.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?

Totally! Drop your PO Box info at checkout, and we’ll make sure your goodies land right there.

Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?

Absolutely! We ship all across the U.S., including territories and APO/FPO military addresses - no one’s left out!
